wonderful, wonderful, wonderful
The breakfast was excellent, with a broad selection of fresh cold cuts, artisanal bread, and the best coffee I've tasted in a long time. The spacious rooms with polished wooden floors felt supernice and neat.
100% recommend 🥰🌟

The hotel had free on site parking which gave easy access to the road network. Being able to eat in their restaurant was very useful. The owners were very good hosts and spoke English.
The lack of comfortable chairs in the room.

The breakfast was generous with local specialties and fresh ingredients.
I found the warm ambiance to be overshadowed by some serious noise from outside. Although the owners were cute, the overall service felt a bit disorganized, with delays during meal times and forgotten requests. I'd hoped for a more seamless experience, but it left a lot to be desired.

We have been for few seconds welcomed with open arms but then after that things got awkward by the minute. The owners were not really friendly and accomodating. They gave us the feeling that we were not special enough to stay in their b&B. The following morning we came down the breakfast room and found the owners eating their breakfast. They didn't even look at us and didn't greet us goodmorning until we said goodmorning to them!

we stayed here 1 night on a motorbike trip. The B&B was very clean , nicely furnished ,very comfortable beds had nice outside beer gardens, the staff were really helpful and friendly , the restaurant is very popular with locals but unfortunately we had already booked a table elsewhere in lier with friends so didnt get a chance to try it. Lier is a beautifull town to visit and I would recomend this b&b 100%

The recently renovated room on the top floor offered comfort and style, complemented by a delicious and pleasing breakfast with local and international cuisine. While the owner was great, I found the outside noise to be a slight distraction during the night, along with a minor lingering unpleasant odor at times. The hospitality and quality of the dinner were great.

The room was clean
The lady running the hotel was very unpleasant. The food at the restaurant was horrible- at least the vegetarian options which we tried- as well as expensive. The location of the hotel was also not very good.

The breakfast was very good, the room was tidy and clean. For a business trip with very short time spent in the room, this was more than ok.
